  ZERO stars.. Horrible billing practices.. I didn't get a bill until 9 months after attending the ER, then it said I would be sent to collections within 10 days (the statement date was over 10 days old when it showed up in the mail) I have been frantically trying to call, email, etc my payment since getting this in the mail and none of the phone numbers work. It has said "All circuits are busy" for 2 days now. Drove down to this location to try to pay and they can't take payment there.. Who knew it would be so hard to give someone your money???? Care was good but overpriced, I would not suggest going here unless you are dying, or bleeding to death.

  The doctors and staff were good, but the bills after are not. On the phone 4 different phone numbers, 2 + hours later. Billing department claimed they sent 3 different bills ( I never received) Ended up Paying $853.35 for a stomach ache visit telling my son he needs to take a laxative. Won't be back! After paying I revived a collection bill.. I called AGAIN and the lady told me not to worry about it! She documented that I said I paid it?? Why am I getting a bill then? I am Worried!
